    This energetic and fun class is a total body workout that combines aerobics, some kick boxing, upper & lower body toning, and a cool down with a wonderful relaxation and stretch routine. This is all done using a stimulating variety of music, steps, and routines that are easy to learn and can be modified to every individual, but guaranteed to get you moving! Bring an exercise mat and water. You may try 1 class for free. Join at any time. Fee can be prorated.

    10113 - Walking and Weights

    Monday, Wednesday & Friday
    With special cooperation from UWMWC and the Recreation Department, the gym and weight room at UWMWC are available three mornings each week to adults for self-designed walking and workouts. Children under 18 are not allowed on site at any time. Check University schedule for special closings.

    These sessions are free and open to the public, no registration is required, attend as many dates as you wish.
